Two stereotypes that diminish the humanity of the Atlanta shooting victims – and all Asian Americans

The stereotypes that plague Asian Americans flatten this incredibly diverse demographic of 21 million people. In the case of the recent Atlanta shootings, they also dehumanize the victims of these horrific and racist crimes.
